Communication
You
are encouraged to attend the home inspection when possible – this is a great time to get to know the home you are considering to purchase.
Throughout the
inspection we will answer any questions or concerns you may have and provide useful tips on maintaining the homes working mechanical
components such as the furnace, sump pump, central air unit and more.
We
remain available long after the inspection should questions or concerns about
the home or inspection ever arise.

Excellent
Reports
We
provide a complete comprehensive inspection from the foundation to the roof and
an easy-to-read computer generated report (typically 35 to 40 pages) complete
with digital photos documenting deficiencies.
The report explains the findings in detail along with the recommended actions required for repairs.
Worry
Free Service
We
provide a no cost re-inspection once the buyer's request of remedy repairs have
been completed.
Upon
request we provide FHA VA RD USDA appraisal inspection stipulations included
with the home inspection.
- These services can be separate or in conjunction with your home inspection
Radon
testing, well water sample- lab testing, one-year gas line warranty and individual
lab sampling and testing for mold.
Warranties
Our
home inspection includes inspecting for termite, visual signs of mold, mildew
and moisture and we test and inspect interior gas lines all at no additional
cost.
We
then include a one-year warranty on termite inspections a 90-day warranty on
mold and gas line repairs and a limited 90-day warranty on home repairs*

are available seven-days-a-week for home inspections and can accommodate most
schedules.
